This painting is from Wick Court farm, Arlingham, Gloucestershire. I grew up on this farm, only yards from the scene of this painting. The farm is now a charity which provides inner-city children with a real experience of living in the countryside. This farm is also famous for the fact that it was the home of the herd of cattle which provided the milk for the famous Double Gloucester cheese. It's also home for another popular breed - Old Gloucester Black Spot pig.
The painting is approx. 18 x 12 inches, oil on oil paper. Price £80 unframed. Please contact me for further details.
